This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you visit or make a donation through www.benwoodman.ca (the “Site”).

We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill your ministry involvement through the Site (including processing your donation information, arranging for payment details, and providing you with invoices and/or transaction confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Do Not Track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers to indicate that they do not wish to be tracked across websites. Our Site currently does not respond to Do Not Track settings due to a lack of standardization in how this signal is interpreted.

Data Retention
When you make a donation or sign up through our site, we'll keep your contact details on file to support our ministry. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. If you ever wish for us to remove your information, just let us know, and we'll take care of it.
